The registration fee for the four-day program is
- $325 for physicians and
- $275 for allied health professionals.

Fee, Registration and Confirmation Information
See above for the fee schedule. Your registration will not be processed until payment is received. Payment must be made in U.S. funds, payable to Baylor College of Medicine-Pediatrics. Continental breakfast, breaks, and a course syllabus are included in the registration fee.
Your registration will be confirmed. If you have not received written confirmation prior to your scheduled departure date for the program, contact Deborah Stewart or the Section of Neonatology immediately at 832-826-1330. If you plan to register on-site, contact the Section of Neonatology at least 24 hours in advance to confirm program status and space availability. The Section of Neonatology reserves the right to limit the number of participants in the program and will not be responsible for any expenses incurred by an individual whose registration is not confirmed and for whom space is not available.
In consideration for all, we request that no children be brought to the meeting rooms.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
The Section of Neonatology must receive written notification of a cancellation or refund request postmarked no later than 10 business days prior to the scheduled program date. A $50 fee will be deducted from the registration fee paid to cover processing charges. Late requests will not be processed. The Section of Neonatology reserves the right to conduct its courses based on a minimum enrollment and to cancel courses not less than 10 business days prior to the scheduled program date if low enrollment or other circumstances make it necessary. In the case of program cancellation, registrants will be notified at the contact number indicated on the registration form, followed by written notification, and registration fees will be refunded in full. However, the Section of Neonatology will not be responsible for any other costs incurred such as airline, car rental, or hotel charges, including penalties.
